Ticket Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions define the conditions related to tickets for TechGALA Japan (hereinafter referred to as "this event"), which is operated by the Global Event Executive Committee, consisting of the Chubu Economic Federation, Nagoya University, Aichi Prefecture, and Nagoya City (hereinafter referred to as "the Executive Committee").

Ticket Types and Benefits
The ticket types and benefits are defined as follows:

City (free of charge)

Access to free admission areas of the event only.
Access to some side events.

Rising Star（20,000 yen）

Admission to all corporate exhibits.
Access to almost all sessions, including keynotes.
Access to some side events.

Business/Startup (40,000 yen)

Admission to all corporate exhibits.
Access to sessions, including keynotes and sessions exclusive to ticket holders.
Networking opportunities and access to business meeting rooms.
Participation in all side events.
- Note: For startups, the color of the pass distributed on the day may be different, and additional benefits may be added.

Executive (200,000 yen)

Admission to all corporate exhibits.
Access to all sessions, including keynotes and sessions exclusive to ticket holders.
Opportunities for dialogue with some speakers.
Priority seating at the venue.
Access to a private lounge.
Special networking opportunities and access to business meeting rooms.
Participation in all side events.

Ticket prices and early bird discounts
There is an Early Bird (discount) period for this event.

Early Bird period
30% off: October 8, 2024 – December 4, 2024
20% off: December 5, 2024 – January 4, 2025

These periods are subject to change without notice.

Changes in content and value; sales canceled
Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations and refunds are generally not handled.
Tickets will not be re-issued under any circumstances, such as loss of ID or password after ticket issuance, or loss of pass on the day of the event.
Prohibited matters
The following items related to tickets are prohibited. Failure to comply with these may invalidate the right of admission.

Use of tickets for commercial purposes.
Use of tickets by anyone other than the purchaser.
Interfering with the operation of the service.
Acts of virus transmission or unauthorized purchase (e.g. use of software or BOT)
Acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations
Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to others or the Company
Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Executive Committee.
